 At Oehid, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issue with your order!

  • How To Return An Item?

Step 1: Please contact us at  service@Oehid.com, indicating the item(s)you want to return. Describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

Step 2: Usually We will reply you in 1-2 workdays. If your return was accepted, we will send you an  RMA form and tell you where to send your package.Attention:Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
Step 3: Once you send your package out, pls send us your tracking number, once we received it, we will refund you in 1-3 workdays.

  • Acceptable Refund Period

We appreciate our entire fashion garil around the globe for purchasing with us!
With limited exceptions, we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
